Ricardo was awesome! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding the perfect home and the home buying process. Ricardo made everything easy and always answered questions quickly. He worked with us until we found a home that met all our criteria and took us on multiple house viewings. He found houses that met our criteria as soon as they hit the market and was quick to write up our offer letter. Prior to closing, we needed contractors to come by the house to get price estimates on work to begin immediately following closing. When it came time to sell my property, I wanted someone who would be responsive, understand the market, advertise it properly and make themselves available. That Realtor ended up being Ricardo. Ricardo really spent the time in listing my house properly. He took professional pictures that made the house pop and advised me on the importance of staging. When coming up with a price, he didn't do just a simple market analysis for me, he adjusted it accordingly and did a complete statistical analysis based on all the extras I had in the house. When the house was listed, he not only had it listed in the usual mediums, he did a marketing blitz on social media to gather the biggest audience. As it turns out, within a week, I had multiple offers and it sold more per square foot than others in the neighborhood. That said, I would absolutely use Ricardo again.

Ricardo provided a lot of information to set a good asking price, described all the cost and fees to sell. We signed the contract, he came back and took many quality pictures and that evening he listed the house. The next day we started to receive notices to show the house. Within 3 days we had a cash buyer offering the full asking prices. Ricardo did a remarkable and professional job. He was also very helpful with all the details of completing the sell from the signing of the contract to the closing. Two weeks before the closing our new home plan was no longer suitable; Ricardo immediately helped us find a replacement home within two days.
