We were connected with Ricardo after inquiring about a few houses that caught our eye. He continuously provided us new listings as they became available. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. When viewing houses, he was not afraid to tell us when something didn't seem right. I recommend Ricardo to everyone that I come across that's house hunting! My husband and I are investors. Ricardo helped us to sell our Cocoa beach house. He knew a great deal about the local market. He gave us advice on staging and pricing and in the end we got more than we expected for our house and we had an accepted offer within two weeks. We currently working with him to find other investment properties. He is quick to return our calls and always has time to show us properties.

On my opinion Ricardo deserves more than 5 star !!! He was there always for us , always on time , no matter how many properties we wanted to see , how many questions , he was always there for us . was a blessed had Ricardo as our Realtor . Thanks again Ricardo .
