Exceptional Attention. Ricardo is a very busy person. Even with having mtiple clients at a time, you felt like you were his only one. Both he and his wife, Sue, run a very busy schedule with potential sales and purchases. They both work for you from early morning until late night. They made the process easy and did a lot behind the scenes. I know there is more to the story they deal with and they do a very good job of it. It took a while and Ricardo had shown us many homes and we finally chose a house to make our home.

Ricardo didn't push to sell me a house, he FOUND me a home. My favorite part about Ricardo is that he did not try to sell me a house, he tried to FIND me a home. I was a first time home owner and not sure what to expect. I did chat with a few home owners and I felt like they were trying to make a sale. Not Ricardo, he was interested in what I wanted. He wasn't pushy. I understand how retail and sales goes and appreciate the work everyone puts in, but at the end of the day, a house is a HUGE investment. I never felt like Ricardo was in it for the sale. He showed me multiple options in my budget and he was completely honest with me. I felt like I could say "nope, not for me," and we would walk away with no guilty or uneasy feelings. House shopping is hard, Ricardo was there for me and made it as easy as it could be. Very friendly, easy to reach and knowledgable on the market. I think I called him with questions about my house even after I moved in! I would definitely recommend him!

Top Level Service On a Complex Transaction. This was probably one of the most complex real estate transactions I’ve been involved and ultimately took legal guidance and two back-back closings to make it all work. I had almost given up on it, but Ricardo went to great lengths to find the right resources and novel solutions to bring it all together. I can’t imagine another real estate professional working this hard or effectively on what was not even a big money transaction. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!
